Fans of the cult classics “Old Boy”, “Lady Vengence” & “Three… Extremes” will be delighted to know that Chan-Wook Park is back to his crazy antics with a new film entitled “Thirst”. The story is about a priest that is turned into a vampire by a failed medical experiment and all sorts of tomfoolery ensues. That short synopsis sounds like it has the potential to be 2 hours of cornyness but those of you that know Park’s previous work know that he has the ability to turn a mundane story into a preverse plot that would make Charles Manson blush.
